Child Safety Standards

Tracker is operated by Tracker LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Child Safety Standards describe how Tracker prohibits, detects, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation. They apply to every person who uses Tracker, including the Tracker mobile app and every group, publication, and website hosted on Tracker.

1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Tracker LLC has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The following is strictly prohibited on Tracker:

• Creating, uploading, storing, requesting, sharing, linking to, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any other content that sexualizes a minor.
• Any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sextortion, trafficking of a minor, and the solicitation of a minor for sexual purposes.
• Sexualized commentary about a minor, and the sexualization of an otherwise innocent image of a minor.
• Offering to buy, sell, or trade child sexual abuse material, or directing any person to a service that does so.

These prohibitions apply to all content and conduct on Tracker, whether public, restricted to a group, or sent privately. They apply regardless of the intent of the person posting.

2. Minimum Age

Tracker is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old to create a Tracker account, as stated in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we close the account and delete the associated data.

3. How to Report a Child Safety Concern

Every Tracker user can report child safety concerns and suspected CSAE content from inside the app. Open the account menu and choose "Feedback," or use the "Give feedback" link in the footer of any group, then describe the concern and include a link to the content. Reports can be sent whether or not you are signed in.

You can also report a child safety concern directly to our child safety point of contact at support@jointracker.com. Please include a link to the content, the name of the group it appears in, and any other detail that helps us find it.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first. In the United States you can also report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678.

4. How Tracker LLC Responds to Child Sexual Abuse Material

We review every child safety report we receive and prioritize it above all other reports. When we confirm that content is CSAM, or that a user has engaged in CSAE, we take the following actions:

• We remove the content from Tracker immediately.
• We terminate the account of the person responsible and block that person from creating a new Tracker account.
• We preserve the content and the related account records as required by law so that investigators can obtain them through the proper legal process.
• We report the content and the account to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), which forwards reports to law enforcement.
• We report to the relevant regional and national authorities where reporting is required by the laws that apply to the people involved.
• We cooperate with law enforcement and with child protection agencies on lawful requests relating to the report.

Group owners and administrators on Tracker can also remove content and remove members from the groups they run, and are expected to escalate any child safety concern to Tracker LLC using the contact above.

5. Compliance With Child Safety Laws

Tracker LLC complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where Tracker is available. This includes United States federal reporting obligations for apparent child pornography under 18 U.S.C. 2258A, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and equivalent child protection and reporting laws in other regions. We review these standards regularly and update them as our service and the applicable law change.

6. Child Safety Point of Contact
